Key Responsibilities For The Business Systems & Data Analyst

• Maintain compensation schedules and support budget planning models
• Administer business systems, user permissions, and integrations
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
• Reconcile operational and financial datasets across multiple platforms
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

Qualifications For The Business Systems & Data Analyst

• 2-4 years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or systems administration
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and reporting experience
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, payroll, or accounting systems
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
