What they need
Business Analyst – Qatar
Experience: 3+ Years
Contract: 1 Year, Renewable
Work: Full-Time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and RTMs.
- Work with Product Owners and Agile teams to manage and prioritize requirements.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and stakeholder requirement reviews.
- Support UAT, defect management, and release activities.
- Collaborate with technical, QA, and UX/UI teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in digital transformation, data, or AI projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and requirements engineering.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and process modelling tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English – Mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or exposure to AI/ML and analytics.
