Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor external technology partners and report project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Familiarity with business process analysis and documentation of current processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis and business analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for requirement gathering, documentation, research, and productivity enhancement.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for creating interactive UI prototypes, wireframes, and user journeys.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted application design.
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate in any discipline, post-graduation will be an added advantage
• Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) Certifications in NISM X-A and X-B will be an added advantage
