The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering digital initiatives across web, mobile and wealth platforms within the financial services sector. This is a 12-month contract based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, where you will turn business needs into intuitive, scalable digital experiences that improve customer journeys and drive digital channel adoption.

What You'll Do

• Own the delivery of digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across web, mobile and wealth platforms

• Analyse, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery

• Prepare approval papers and governance documents, and conduct research and analysis for new initiatives

• Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation

• Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs

• Drive transformation of customer servicing journeys through automation, process redesign and self-service capabilities

• Collaborate with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders, applying design thinking and data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or product management role in the digital space

• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred but not essential

• Working knowledge of digital banking; familiarity with internet banking and mobile applications is an advantage

• Experience in both agile and waterfall software development methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills

• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathise with user needs and re-imagine journeys

• A flexible, resilient and adaptable working style in a fast-paced environment
