Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will support the Operations and Supply Chain Excellence Center to optimize and standardize business processes across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing process flows, developing wireframes, coordinating testing and implementation activities, and creating detailed training and support materials. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, with a strong focus on logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
2. Develop wireframes, process flows, and functional documentation to visualize and validate proposed solutions.
3. Write and maintain clear, structured procedures for operational processes, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance
4. Participate in meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and support solution discussions.
5. Support testing activities prior to implementation.
6. Lead and support implementation activities.
7. Write clear and concise minutes of meetings with summarized action points, decisions, and follow-up tasks.
8. Draw schemes and process diagrams to support new implementations and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mid to senior-level roles.
3. Proven experience in process design, documentation, and improvement (wireframes, process maps, workflows).
4. Strong background in testing and implementation support, including training and post-launch assistance.
5. Experience in client-facing roles and supporting project teams through all stages of the implementation lifecycle.
6. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations, particularly in transportation, warehousing, and customs processes.
