Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment
• Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation
• Strong Tableau skills, including developing dashboards and reports
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Experience working with software development, QA, and technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Stakeholder facilitation and requirements gathering expertise

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-level products or platforms
• Background in telecommunications, wireless, broadband, or networking industries
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
• Process mapping and workflow documentation proficiency
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Experience with data warehouses and relational databases
• UAT planning, defect management, and production validation experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
