Business Analyst

The Role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT systems and digital platforms
• Support end-to-end BA activities across functions including Sales, Underwriting, Administration, Claims, Finance and Customer Service
• Work closely with Scrum team and IT to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and support backlog prioritization

Your Profile

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience within insurance or financial services
• Experience in digital / system implementation projects (e.g. eServices or process automation) is preferred
• Strong exposure in requirements gathering, user stories, BRD and UAT coordination
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and business sense
• Good communication skills to work with both business and IT stakeholders
