The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured documents and flowcharts, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
2. Create high quality documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, use cases and SOPs.
3. Develop clear and accurate process flowcharts, diagrams, and workflow models using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio or any other tool.
4. Translate business needs into functional and non functional specifications.
5. Work closely with product managers, designers and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
6. Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control.
7. Present information in a structured and professional manner to technical and non technical stakeholders.

Required Skills Qualifications

1. Strong command over documentation and professional writing.
2. Excellent skills in creating flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps.
3. Proficiency with documentation tools (MS Word, Google Docs) and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
4. Great communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
5. Ability to convert complex information into simple, easy to understand content.
