Chargze Connect is building an integrated EV charging and mobility ecosystem, working across EV charging infrastructure, fleet charging, charging networks and business partnerships.

About the Role

• We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Business & Strategy team. The role will primarily involve market research, competitor analysis, identifying potential partners and supporting business development initiatives.
• This is an execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys researching businesses, understanding markets and converting information into useful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research across the EV, EV charging, fleet and mobility sectors.
• Identify and research potential business partners, customers and opportunities.
• Analyse companies, business models, pricing, products and market presence.
• Build and maintain databases of potential partners and business opportunities.
• Support the team in partnership and business development activities.
• Prepare market research reports, competitor comparisons and presentations.
• Collect, organise and analyse data using Excel and other research tools.
• Track industry developments, new businesses and emerging opportunities.
• Support the Business & Strategy team on ongoing projects and ad-hoc research requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PGDM Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Good research and analytical skills with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Curious, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interest in EVs, mobility, startups or new-age businesses is a plus.
