Business Analyst

Responsibilities;

• Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analyses.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Track key business metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Perform operational efficiency analyses and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with business teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer analysis, campaign analysis, or business analysis (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel; advanced knowledge of SQL and Power BI is required.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication abilities, a collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage.
