Business Analyst

The Nordwand Group is looking for an strong confident Business Analyst with strong data analysis skills to bridge the gap between accounting regulations and data systems. It is essential you are familiar with working with complex data sets and engine rules as you will also be focusing on data essential for helping to expand and guide the ability for better business decision logic.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements, documenting processes etc
• Gathering raw data from source systems and ensuring data matches engine rules
• Ensure the stored data is linked to the reporting platform
• Evaluate current workflows, identify business inefficiencies, and outline strategic solutions
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Communication on existing and future requirements to relevant stakeholders

Must have application profile

• Previously worked as a Business Analyst (More than 8 years experience)
• Technical data analysis skills (data sets and engine rules) Oracle SQL skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Jira / Confluence
