Job Summary

Analyzes business needs, identifies solutions, and supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop functional specifications and business reports
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met
• Conduct testing, validation, and user support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-3years of experience in business analysis or similar role
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with process mapping and documentation
