About the Role

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to turn business needs into clear, testable requirements and practical solutions. The Business Analyst focuses on business outcomes, stakeholder value, process improvement, requirement quality, and successful adoption across the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Product/Project Delivery, or a closely related role; enterprise implementation experience is an advantage.
• Business discovery & stakeholder engagement: Work with customers, users and project teams to understand business objectives, pain points, operating processes, constraints, and success criteria.
• Requirements elicitation & analysis: Plan and conduct workshops, document analysis, and collaborative sessions to analyze, prioritize, and validate business, functional, non-functional, data, integration, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Process & solution analysis: Map current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps and improvement, assess solution options, clarify business rules, and support decisions based on value, feasibility, risk, and impact.
• Requirements documentation: such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, data definitions, wireframes/prototypes, traceability records, and functional specifications where required.
• Agile / hybrid delivery support: Maintain and refine requirements or product backlog items with the delivery team, support estimation and sprint/release planning, clarify requirements during build, and manage requirement changes and dependencies.
• Validation, testing & UAT: Define acceptance criteria and business scenarios, review test coverage, support SIT where relevant, coordinate UAT, facilitate defect clarification, and obtain business validation/sign-off.
• Solution evaluation & adoption: Validate that delivered solutions address the original business need, identify gaps, support go-live readiness, user communication, training, documentation, and post-implementation review.
• Governance & communication: Maintain requirement traceability, decisions, assumptions, risks, issues, scope changes, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
• Data & insight: Use data to support requirement validation, process analysis, prioritization, and outcome measurement; work comfortably with structured datasets and reporting requirements.
• AI-enabled ways of working: Use approved AI and productivity tools responsibly to accelerate research, meeting synthesis, documentation, analysis, and quality checks while validating outputs and protecting customer/company information.
• Customer delivery: Support implementation activities at customer sites or remotely as required and collaborate across multiple projects and teams.
