Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Regulatory Capital Strategy (RCS) workstream in remediating findings from the Group’s Capital Management On-site Inspection (OSI). In this role, you will analyze inspection findings, design and document target solutions, and collaborate with business and technical delivery teams to implement controls and update the bank's Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze OSI findings relevant to Regulatory Capital Strategy and identify actionable remediation solutions.
• Document target solutions, updating operational procedures, controls, and governance frameworks, including the bank’s RWA methodology documentation.
• Document target operating model (TOM) changes and facilitate handover to permanent operational teams to ensure continuous service continuity.
• Identify and document project and solution risks, crafting mitigation strategies in accordance with regulatory governance and policy frameworks.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across internal banking teams and external vendors by organizing working sessions, preparing materials, and capturing key decisions.
• Define transition KPIs, quality assurance controls, and support post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

• Domain Experience: Prior experience in Capital Management, regulatory capital reporting, or risk governance within Financial Services.
• Business Analysis: Proven ability to elicit requirements, translate complex regulations into structured business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Frameworks & Controls: Hands-on experience working with enterprise risk and control frameworks and governance policies.
• Desirable: Familiarity with Capital Adequacy regulations, including Pillar 1 Own Funds and Pillar 1 Capital Requirements / RWA calculations.
• Work Arrangement: Eligible to work via B2B in Ireland and able to work 3 days per week onsite in Dublin.
