We are looking for a Business Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the complete lifecycle of business requirements, from initial specification to final delivery and validation.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Business Rules and Process Maps.
• Analyze existing As-Is processes and design efficient To-Be workflows, identifying gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT/development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and correctly translated into technical solutions.
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria and validate proposed solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and MVP objectives.
• Participate in Agile activities, including backlog refinement and sprint management.
• Define and coordinate the testing lifecycle, including Integration System Testing (IST), Functional Testing, regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design complex IST scenarios to validate data flows, APIs and integrations between different systems and data providers.
• Coordinate testing activities with technical teams and business users, ensuring requirements are properly validated before deployment.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, resolved and validated.
• Perform detailed analysis of data ecosystems to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and root causes.
• Analyze data across different REFERENTIALS and sources to ensure consistency and improve the reliability of reporting and closing figures.
• Support the evolution of data integration solutions, including APIs and Data Virtualization.
• Contribute to the optimization and transformation of existing processes and technologies, improving efficiency and time-to-market.
• Support end users throughout the validation and deployment phases.

PROFILE & SKILLS

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role.
• Professional experience in Referential administration, data management or database-related environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Solid knowledge of User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong knowledge of process modelling, preferably BPMN, UML or similar.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint management and prioritization.
• Strong experience with the software testing lifecycle, particularly IST, Functional Testing and UAT.
• Experience designing complex test scenarios for APIs, interfaces and data flows.
• Experience with defect management and requirement-to-test traceability.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system interfaces, data flows and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of APIs and Data Virtualization.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in investigating data quality issues, inconsistencies and discrepancies across multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in ALM Octane, particularly for requirements, testing and defect management.
• Good knowledge of Jira for task and backlog management.
• Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
• English: B2 or above.
