Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Plan deployments and proactively manage cutover issues.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and support clients.
• Conduct requirement workshops and analyze current processes.
• Design solutions considering business, technical, and user needs.
• Train users and prepare training materials.
• Support presales activities and solution design.
• Create case studies and marketing/GTM materials.
• Lead the Business Analyst team and review their deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, JIRA, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
