Business Analyst

SLI Consulting Inc. is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support business and system analysis activities for an upcoming project. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting system testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Prepare process flows, wireframes, and system-related documentation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Maintain project documentation and manage backlog items.
• Develop test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Support SIT, UAT, and system validation activities.
• Review project deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, system design, and software testing.
• Knowledge of database concepts, with familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Employment Details

• Project-based engagement; contract duration to be confirmed.
• Target start: November–December 2026.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
