Business Analyst

Role Description

The Business Analyst will work on-site in Kathmandu in a full-time capacity, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and documenting business requirements for technology solutions.

The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. The Business Analyst will also support testing, validation, and implementation activities, and help develop reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business problems, and evaluate potential solutions.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of functional specifications.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, lead discussions, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to understand, model, and improve workflows and operational procedures.
• Candidates should possess Business Requirements skills to define, prioritize, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Relevant experience in IT consulting, software implementation, or technology-enabled business transformation is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project needs.
