Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, along with experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Create process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Track project progress, manage requirement changes, and maintain documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Identify business risks, gaps, and potential solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

Required Skills

• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of business process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into business insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping tools.
• Understanding of SDLC and software testing processes.
• Experience supporting UAT and preparing test scenarios.
• Domain experience in banking, finance, healthcare, retail, or other business areas is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• 25 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
