Business Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

• 1-5 years of experience in project management or as a business analyst.

• Solid knowledge and experience in Banking, Finance, Quantitative Analysis, or related fields is preferred.

• Understanding of technical systems and data and Experience in Insurance is an additional advantage.

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, logical and systematic thinking, and the ability to embrace challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze system user requirements to create the Business Requirements for system development.
• Analyze and document system design specifications related to the project, such as class diagrams and sequence diagrams.
• Designing and drafting wireframes/UI in alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure that the system development aligns with Business Requirements and the project timeline, while also preparing complete documentation and Test Scripts for system testing.
• Record any system errors encountered during testing, and provide consultation to users on resolving operational issues with the system.
• Collaborate with the IT/Dev team and other stakeholders to resolve issues in the system or application being developed in a timely manner.
• Facilitate sprint planning meetings and requirement review sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned, promoting effective discussions and collaboration.
• Providing training, handoff, support, and necessary documentation to ensure smooth operations and successful implementation.
