We are hiring a Business Analyst to work out of our Bristol location. This position is 100% onsite.

The Business Analyst will help manage and assist in the implementation of the ERP system and processes at any new and acquired manufacturing facilities. This role will work closely with the Business to ensure an understanding of the needs to outline and define processes for mapping and training. This position will be based out of our Bristol, PA site but will involve travel to other Max locations.

Responsibilities

• Quickly learn new business systems, ERP modules, and tools with minimal direction, with the goal of becoming a go-to resource for users.
• Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources with the ability to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external customers and the business to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional Requirements Documents, Business Requirements, Technical requirements, Process Flows, Quick Reference Guides, Status Reports and Meetings Notes
• Develop GAP questions and lead GAP Analysis to determine process and system gaps
• Escalation of risks and issues to leadership for quick resolution
• Proactively and independently manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
• Independently manage small projects including requirements gathering, execution and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain timelines for deliverables
• Successfully balance projects along with day-to-day business support requests
• Collaborate with internal and external developers and business users to develop and deploy technical solutions that resolve business needs
• Advocate the adoption of project management best practices within all departments
• Demonstrate a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years or more in Business Analyst role
• 3+ years or more in an IT environment interacting with both business and technical resources
• Experience working in business transformation initiatives and projects
• Advanced computer use skills, including an understanding of the Windows 365 business environment and its standard applications (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to work more efficiently, with the judgment to verify results and protect sensitive data.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, CERM, GlobeTek, Amtech Encore a plus
• Experience writing Functional Requirements Documents, Business Requirements, Document, Technical requirements, Process Flows, Quick Reference Guides, Status Reports and Meetings Notes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to absorb and present large amounts of detail through to any level of business users, IT management or technical roles
• Excellent independent time management skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
• Assist in creation and timely completion of project schedules
• Must be self-directed and able to work effectively in a team environment with little to no direct supervision
• Ability to multi-task a must
• Travel as required (~30%)
