Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Process Owner (Business Analyst) to lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation for FMS/ERP modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, define functional requirements, map existing and proposed processes, and ensure effective implementation of business solutions. One of the three Process Owners will be designated as the Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance/Revenue processes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder consultations and workshops.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Develop business process flows, process maps, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and implementation teams.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage requirement changes, maintain documentation, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Domain SME Responsibility (Finance/Revenue): Candidate must possess strong domain knowledge of Finance/Revenue processes and FMS/ERP modules, including financial workflows, revenue management, and related business operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 6-10 years in Business Analysis, process ownership, and requirements management.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, MCA.
• Strong experience in FRS/SRS documentation and business process mapping.
• Expertise in stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of FMS/ERP modules and enterprise business workflows.
