Location: India
Experience: 3+ years
Budget: ₹ 1,30,000 to 1,64,000 (Depending on experience)
Availability: Full-time | 8 hours per day

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support a project focused on evaluating and comparing multiple chatbot responses. The role involves analyzing business requirements, conducting structured evaluations, reviewing chatbot outputs, and providing final assessments based on defined criteria.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and documentation skills, business process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, process maps, and business documentation.
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluate chatbot responses and provide structured assessments based on defined criteria.
• Present insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Work Schedule & Availability

• Full-time availability for 8 hours per day.
• Minimum 4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific Time (PST) zone.
• 5 working days per week, including weekends as required.
• 2 weekdays off per week.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 per month
