What they need

Analyze operational and cost data (output, efficiency, cost per unit) to spot trends and savings opportunities.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations.
Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Work with Operations, Finance, Procurement and HSE teams to understand their needs and improve processes.
Document processes and SOPs.
Support cost-benefit analysis for new projects.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field (Master’s a plus).
3+ years in business analysis, MIS, costing or FP&A.
Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar is a plus.
Clear communicator who can turn data into practical.

Recommendations

Exposure to supply chain, logistics or compliance reporting.
Experience writing BRDs or process maps.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
