Freelancing opportunity : We are hiring Business Analysts – Non-US Raters for a short-term AI Training & Evaluation project across India

Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 3+ Years

Mode: Remote

Engagement: Contractor / Short-Term Contract (16 Weeks)

Start: Immediate

Rate: $10 USD per hour

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualification:

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process mapping.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, workflows, processes, and data.
• Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to evaluate multiple chatbot responses and compare outputs against defined criteria.
• Ability to provide structured assessments, identify inconsistencies, and deliver evidence-based conclusions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Educational Qualification:

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Availability

• Full-time availability: 8 hours per day.
• Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
• Minimum 4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone per working day.
• Ability to work remotely for the full 16-week project duration.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Ability to follow project guidelines and evaluation criteria.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality.
• Ability to document findings clearly and provide structured feedback.

• Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain consistent evaluation quality.

What You’ll Work On

• Evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple chatbots.
• Analyze chatbot outputs against predefined business requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Assess response quality, relevance, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct structured evaluations and provide final assessments based on project guidelines.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in chatbot responses.
• Analyze business scenarios and determine whether chatbot responses adequately address the stated requirements.
• Apply analytical reasoning and domain knowledge to support reliable AI evaluation.
• Maintain clear documentation of assessments, observations, and findings.
• Follow standardized evaluation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Meet defined productivity targets and project deadlines.
