We are looking for a skilled Developer Standard III with expertise in PowerBI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data engineering roles.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards providing actionable insights to business and technical stakeholders.

• Develop and manage data models using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

• Build robust, scalable solutions in Microsoft Dataverse, including table design, business rules, workflows, and integrations.

• Create and maintain Power BI dataflows, composite models, and semantic models to streamline data access and reuse.

• Integrate Power BI with Dataverse, Azure SQL, SharePoint, and other sources, ensuring secure and governed data pipelines.

• Design row-level security (RLS), DAX calculations, and KPI visualizations aligned with business logic and compliance needs.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL, with the ability to optimize queries for large datasets.

• Experience building data models, measures, calculated columns, and visualizations with attention to performance and usability.

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform connectors, Common Data Service (CDS), and data integration strategies.

• Familiarity with Power Automate for building data-driven workflows and triggers across services.

• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security models (RLS/OLS), and compliance best practices.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reporting requirements into technical deliverables using agile/scrum practices.
