Business Analyst ? Organizational Change Management (OCM)

You will consult and support Fortune 500 and industry-leading clients through organizational and digital transformations. Create deliverables, support change management activities, and support client meetings. Learn how to deliver creative, fit-for-purpose, and practical change management solutions.

Change Management projects duties

? Help develop change management strategies based on considerations of the client's environment, stakeholder needs, and the desired future state

? Assist in change impact analysis and gathering stakeholder impacts and sentiment

? Support and track delivery of high-impact communications and engagement campaigns

? Assist in evaluating training needs and creating training plans and materials

? Assist in conducting business readiness assessments, evaluating results, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies for sustained change

Responsibilities

Support change management consulting initiatives to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. You will need to have exceptional people skills and develop high-quality deliverables and speak to them with clients and/or stakeholders.

? Written, Verbal, and Presentation Skills ? Every project will involve deliverable creation, writing, and supporting conversations. Slide creation will be a primary responsibility

? Problem Solving ? Our clients face a variety of challenges and situations change every day. Critical thinking, situational reasoning, and practical solution is required, often under tight deadlines. A cool head combined with strong analytical skills is a must-have

? Project Management ? Capture, track, and follow through with all actions associated with the project while consistently aligning with project stakeholders to confirm status and more. Manage client expectations and determine next steps and actions

Qualifications

? 1-3 years of relevant professional client-facing experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Change Management or Human Capital

? An undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic success

? Desire to learn quickly about a new topic, industry, client, or technology

? Analytical and problem-solving skills

? Effective project management skills

? Strong capability with Microsoft Office Suite
