Business Analyst with extensive experience of 6-10 years in big projects. Experience of robotics / industrial machinery / mobility business projects is preferred.

Product Roadmap

• Create a detailed product roadmap outlining the specific feature requirements, manufacturing timeline, and milestones to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements Elicitation and Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information about current processes and desired outcomes.

Documentation

• Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Ensure that documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, cost constraints, and quality standards. Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Data Analysis

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance.

Process Modeling

• Document current and future state processes using tools such as flowcharts or process maps.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Communication

• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.
• Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and scope.

Problem Solving

• Investigate and analyze issues, defects, or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Propose and implement solutions to address identified problems.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
