Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to work closely with the Managing Director. The role will involve analysing business data, preparing MIS and management reports, tracking KPIs, monitoring departmental performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Managing Director on business analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyse sales, revenue, collection, expenses, project, and departmental performance.
• Track KPI/KRA performance across departments and highlight gaps.
• Prepare dashboards and management presentations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with department heads to collect and validate business data.
• Monitor project-wise and department-wise targets versus actual performance.
• Prepare variance analysis and provide reasons for major deviations.
• Maintain management trackers and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Support the MD in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis for new projects, business opportunities, and process improvements.
• Follow up on action points assigned by the Managing Director and maintain an Action Tracker.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
• Present key findings and insights to the Managing Director in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, charts, etc.
• Knowledge of Power BI / Data Visualization will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MIS, KPIs, business reports, and performance analysis.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• MBA / PGDM in Business Analytics, Finance, or Management will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Fresher to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, MIS Analyst, Management Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or other project-based industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
