Role Overview: Looking for a Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences/Pharma domain experience and expertise in Salesforce and Veeva CRM. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver CRM solutions.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Veeva CRM.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Experience creating BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
Knowledge of Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Medical Affairs processes.
Experience with Agile methodologies and UAT.

Preferred:

Salesforce/Veeva certifications.
Exposure to Veeva Vault, Align, or Network.
