Business Analyst

Job Title: Business AnalystJob Summary

Systemonex is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood.
• Perform gap analysis and support process optimization initiatives.
• Create process flows, use cases, and other business documentation.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and project reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate test scenarios, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and UAT documentation.
• Relevant Business Analyst certifications are an advantage.
