Senior Business Analyst | German & English

• Location: Teltow, Germany (onsite Tuesday–Thursday every two weeks)
• Contract: 5 months initially + chance and scope for extension

An IT services client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the analysis and development of business processes and requirements for a client-facing project.

Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, end users and external service providers within Scrum teams, you will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, structured requirements that support successful project delivery.

Senior Business Analyst | German & English Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand and validate requirements
• Translate business needs into clear documentation for technical and delivery teams
• Collaborate with external service providers and Scrum teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders

Senior Business Analyst | German & English Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Previous experience within the insurance or financial services sector
• Full business proficiency in German and English
• Experience working with Product Owners, business stakeholders and Scrum teams
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Availability to work onsite in Teltow, Germany, Tuesday–Thursday every two weeks
