You will be joining a market leading company, partnering with a variety of stakeholders to identify areas where efficiency can be improved.

You will provide expert analysis, translate complex requirements and work with the team to deliver technical solutions.As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will range from benefits analysis, reviewing efficiencies, implementing improved operational processes, process documentation and much more.

The organisation has a well-established culture of continuous improvement and you will help contribute to that, keeping aware of industry trends and emerging tech.The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in their central Nottingham office.Package:Bonus opportunities35-hour work week with flexible working25 days holiday + 5 days buy/sell + bank holidays.Professional development opportunities5% employer pension, rising with service + many more.Experience / Responsibilities:At least 3 years commercial experience as a Business AnalystExperience working in the professional services e.g.

finance, insurance, legalExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholdersExperience eliciting and analysing business and system requirementsBusiness process modelling / mappingExperience creating Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams, and documenting Acceptance Criteria using MoSCoWDeveloping storyboards and/or proof of concepts based on customer requirementsThe ability to convert customer requirements into technical solutionsAgile / WaterfallRelevant professional certifications desirableThe company have an excellent reputation within their sector, and have experienced 14 consecutive years of growth, posting record revenues for the last financial year.
