Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance, operational processes, and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business performance and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, lead conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend practical solutions.
• Analyze customer data, market trends, and business requirements to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, telecalling, and management teams to understand business challenges.
• Track lead generation, customer appointments, site visits, and booking conversions.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist management in developing business strategies, action plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across business reports.
• Follow up with departments to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of recommended improvements.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
