Business Analyst

Job Purpose
Analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and coordinate with business users and technical teams to support digital transformation initiatives. Translate business needs into effective system solutions, process improvements, and operational enhancements.

Job Responsibility

• Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development teams, QA, and vendors to ensure solution alignment.
• Support system analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Monitor project progress and support issue resolution.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and related documentation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business and operational requirements.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong skills in business process analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with ERP or digital platforms is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple assignments, work under pressure, and support project timelines.
