Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - B2B iGaming

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

A leading, global, B2B iGaming business is looking to appoint a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities to drive commercial growth and operational performance.

This is an opportunity for an experienced BI professional with iGaming industry experience to work cross-functionally, influence business strategy and improve how data is used across the organisation.

The Role

• Lead the development of reports and dashboards that provide meaningful, actionable business insights.
• Analyse business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, analytical methodologies and reporting processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects across multiple functions and markets.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and continuously improve reporting, analytics and data utilisation.

About You

• 4+ years' experience in a Business Intelligence or Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience within the iGaming industry.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside hands-on experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Working knowledge of database structures and SQL queries.
• A track record of using data and insights to influence business decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects or leading cross-functional initiatives would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Must hold a Republic of China (Taiwan) passport.
