Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve business processes and systems to support company growth.
• Conduct improvement projects across Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Perform data analysis, market research, and business environment assessments.
• Research and prepare reports on internal and external business issues.
• Collaborate with different departments to support strategic projects and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a corporate or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
