Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related healthcare administration setting.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
• Hands-on experience developing test cases, executing tests, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, QA teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a healthcare administration setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare claims and payment processing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) or Medicaid-related healthcare applications.
• Experience facilitating JAD sessions and coordinating with external vendors.
• Experience supporting system releases, defect resolution, implementation, and production stabilization.
• Experience developing end-user training materials and system documentation.
