Business Analyst

The Role

• Support and enhance critical business applications by partnering with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and process improvements.

• Lead change management initiatives, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and the development of communication plans.

• Act as a relationship manager for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

• Analyze complex business problems and data to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and solutions.

• Monitor project performance and address risks to ensure successful delivery and implementation.

What You'll Need

• 4–6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• In-depth subject matter expertise in a relevant business domain.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
