BroadReach Group is seeking a senior Business Analyst as part of our WA development. BroadReach Group provides Architecture, Business Analysis and Digital transformation to predominantly Government clients.

About the Role

The WA Police Force currently uses the BPoint and CommWeb payment platforms to manage payments, refunds and receipts. Payments are processed through the CommBank-hosted payment system. The Commonwealth Bank is retiring BPoint and CommWeb and moving to a new Platform which means WA Police need to assess and change impacted public-facing payment sites, backend systems and related financial processes.

A senior business analyst is required to provide analysis of the required changes to this current payment system. At a high level, the BA role would provide the following documents:

• Detailed Business Requirements

• Journey Maps

• Functional and Non-Functional Requirements

• Communication & Engagement Plan

• Communication Management Approach

• Business Change Management

• Stakeholder Analysis

• Test Plan (in consultation with Testing resources)

• Class 3 Cost Estimate

• Training Needs Analysis

• Business Change Management Assessment

The BA will work with the Solution Architect who will develop the High-Level Solution Architecture (HLSA), cost estimates and functional and non-functional specifications

The BA will also need to assist with:

• High-Level Gantt including milestones

• Risk Register

• Issue Register

• Project Brief

• Project Initiation Documentation (lite)

• Project Plan

• Stage Plans

• Implementation Plan

You would need to be available for an immediate start and be onsite in the Perth CBD, Monday to Friday, for the duration of the 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Azure and DevOps experience desirable

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

• WA Government experience desirable
