Business Analyst (Contractor)

• At least 8 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product, platform, or system‑integration projects.
• 5+ years of direct experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, processes, and industry practices.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira & Confluence required).
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (PO, SA, Dev, QA, UX/UI).
• Experience in Core Banking implementation, migration, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Deposit Products including CASA, Savings, Current Account, and Fixed Deposit.
• Experience with Lending Products covering Retail, SME, and Corporate Lending.
• Knowledge of CIF, Interest & Fees Management, and Loan Origination & Servicing.
• Understanding of Payments & Settlement processes and banking operations.
• Knowledge of IT architecture, application design, and testing.
