Responsibilities :-

Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.

• Data Analysis : Conduct comprehensive analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform decision-making.

• Process Mapping : Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

• Business Case Development : Assist in the development of business cases for proposed projects, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.

• Solution Design : Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.

• Quality Assurance : Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Documentation : Prepare and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and project plans.

• Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth implementation of new processes or systems.
