Business Analyst -Data Analytics

Work Location: Old Balara, Quezon City

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 1-2x onsite

Work Schedule: Morning Shift 8:00AM - 5:00PM M-F

Employment Type: Sub Contract until January 31, 2027

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in IT or business or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis with background in reports/data analytics
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Ability to understand and validate technical specifications, data requirements, and business calculations to ensure solution alignment with operational needs.
• Knowledgeable in utility business processes, preferably in the Water Services industry, including customer operations, billing, metering, and related business
• Proficient in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), user stories, process flows, use cases, and other project
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Skilled in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, calculation, methodologies, report logic, formulas, and functional requirements.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
