Business Analyst – CONNECT Performance

Are you experienced in analysing and improving high-volume ETL and data processing chains? Join a project with an international organisation and help make its CONNECT workflows faster, more reliable and easier to monitor.

What you’ll do

• Establish and maintain performance baselines across processing chains and controls.
• Analyse logs, metrics, execution times, volumes, throughput and errors.
• Compare daily and monthly runs to detect performance drift or regressions.
• Document root cause analyses and supporting evidence.
• Build a prioritised optimisation backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define and follow performance and non-regression tests.
• Measure improvements before and after implementation.
• Recommend enhancements to monitoring, alerting and operational documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience with high-volume ETL or data processing chains and performance analysis.
• Strong Oracle and SQL skills, including query and execution plan analysis.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC and UC4/Automic.
• Knowledge of performance factors such as cache, I/O, CPU, network, commit rate and pushdown optimisation.
• The ability to connect technical findings to functional and operational impact.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional English; French is a plus.
