Business Analyst - Digital Analytics

Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong focus on Digital Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business requirements into actionable insights through dashboards, process flows, and structured documentation. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various internal practice heads and stakeholders.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytics tools.
• Create and maintain structured data models and dashboards for business performance tracking.
• Develop process flow diagrams to map current and future state business processes.
• Prepare wireframes and functional specifications for analytics solutions and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and adherence to defined processes.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of analytics initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Digital Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience in dashboard creation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau - preferred).
• Ability to create process flow diagrams and wireframes.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
