Business Analyst - DX

Position Overview

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Create and maintain requirement documents, including User Stories, Use Cases, BRD/FRD, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA/QC, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
• Provide business clarification and support throughout the development and testing phases.
• Participate in UAT and validate that the delivered product meets business requirements.
• Track requirement changes and contribute to product and process improvements.

Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Level: Middle level or above.

Preferred: Candidates with professional knowledge or working experience in the Construction domain are preferred and will be considered an advantage.
