Business Analyst (E-commerce)

• Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, GMV, engagement rate, and CAC.
• Compare marketing performance across multiple platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.).
• Assess content and creator effectiveness to determine what drives stronger conversion outcomes.
• Provide actionable insights to improve content strategy and ad optimization.
• Identify performance trends and patterns across daily, weekly, and monthly timelines.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose data-driven optimization strategies.
• Calculate ROI, profit margins, and campaign cost efficiency.
• Accurately attribute revenue among paid ads, affiliate sales, and organic channels.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning through data-driven analysis.
• Build dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Python (Matplotlib/Pandas).
• Prepare and deliver insightful presentation decks for internal and management reporting.
