Business analyst Facilities

As a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Facility ecosystem. Your responsibilities include both managing day‑to‑day operations (incidents, small changes, recurrent tasks) and contributing to larger feature and project deliveries.

You will:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate pain points and needs from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Build and maintain deep business expertise in Facility Management and related systems.

• Collaborate with business and technical experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.

• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features under your lead.

• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure all features in refinement have clear business context and complete information.

• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in its organization.

• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to enhance user experience, efficiency, and policy compliance.

• Create and maintain clear, accessible, and up‑to‑date documentation to support smooth execution and incident resolution.

• Lead change management activities (training sessions, workshops, communication) during process or system implementation.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and respect the Quality Assurance Process (QAP) within the delivery cycle.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proven experience in Facility Management, ideally combined with financial insight.

• Experience working in an Agile / SAFe environment.

• Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN).

• Knowledge of Archibus (FMIS) is a strong asset.

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French.

• Excellent command of English (working language).
