As a Senior Business Analyst for the Loyalty project, you play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end vision of business needs and processes for our next-generation loyalty program. Working closely with the Project Manager and the architect, you ensure the transition from legacy systems to a modern architecture delivers a seamless, high-value experience for millions of customers.
01 Key Responsibilities

• Process Engineering: Map complex end-to-end customer journeys and define loyalty business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, translating high-level ambitions into detailed, actionable functional requirements.

• Legacy Analysis: Identify critical requirements within the existing Loyalty platform to ensure a zero-loss migration of account data and advantages history.

• Functional Specification: Define requirements for streamlined touchpoints (App, Web, PoS) and centralized reporting tools like the "Loyalty Cockpit".

• Project Governance: Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and assist in technical and business arbitrage.

Experience: Senior-level expertise as a Business Analyst in complex retail or loyalty program implementations.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with microservices architectures  and cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
Methodology: Proficiency in E2E business process mapping (BPMN) and customer journey design.
Soft Skills: Autonomous, proactive problem-solver with exceptional diplomatic, assertive and communication skills.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

03 data solution design

• Requirements Elicitation: Translate business needs into detailed data requirements, including data mapping, transformation logic,  KPI and dashboard definitions.

• Data Modeling: Collaborate with data architects to design and document conceptual and logical data models that support business scalability.

• SQL Analysis: Use SQL to profile source data, validate business rules, and perform data quality assessments during the analysis phase.

• Write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications that clearly define data lineage and warehouse integration
  
  Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications that explicitly outline data lineage and integration with the data warehouse.

• Perform impact and exploratory data analysis and deliver curated data/insights to the business in the most adapted format for their usage (dashboard, self service BI, datasets,...)

• Perform change management with business teams to ensure the delivered solutions are correctly understood and used

• Liaise and bring relevant IT teams (DWH developers, Data Engineers, ..), DataViz expert and Data Scientist team to ensure delivery of the end to end solution ( data ingestion, advanced dataviz, EDW extension, Data models,...)

• Maintain effective governance over reporting assets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the business glossary by collaborating closely with the Data Governance team.
