Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Missions

Document end-to-end data flows and lineage (Source → Staging → Transformation → DWH → Reporting/Workiva), ensuring field-level traceability and impact analysis for changes.
Deliver metadata and data governance components such as ownership models (Owner/Provider/Approver), glossary terms, golden-source identification, and complete catalogue templates used by data governance tools.
Engineer data quality rules from business definitions (completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, reconciliation) with clear tolerance/thresholds, exception routing, and precise business requirements for DWH/DQ-engine implementation.
Perform functional data testing on DWH deliveries, including source-to-target reconciliation, re-performance of calculations, verification of data quality controls, defect logging, and retest evidence.
Apply Agile business analysis practices (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement with IT and data owners) demonstrated in financial-services projects.
Translate sustainability regulatory contexts (CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3 climate topics) and BCBS239 data governance principles into data and controls requirements.
Utilize advanced Excel for data dictionaries and mappings, PowerPoint for flows and lineage, and read SQL to validate logic and data extracts.
Tools & Environment
Advanced Excel for data dictionaries and mappings
PowerPoint for flowcharts and lineage documentation
SQL for logic validation and data extraction
Workiva platform integration knowledge
Data governance tools for metadata and lineage management
Agile methodologies for business analysis
Familiarity with sustainability regulatory frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy)
Exposure to Denodo or similar virtualization platforms (preferred)
Data quality engines for operationalizing BA-defined rules and controls (preferred)
